You will develop innovative menus, maintain top-notch quality and presentation, and lead a high-performing culinary team in Gauteng. Strong leadership, creative flair, and trend awareness are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of culinary experience with at least 3 years in Head Chef or Exec Sous Chef role in fine dining.
• Proven ability to create innovative dishes with exceptional presentation.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills with mentoring experience.
• In-depth knowledge of international cuisines and plating aesthetics.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative and seasonal menus for a fine dining concept.
• Oversee kitchen operations for efficiency, consistency and quality.
• Train and mentor sous chefs, line cooks and kitchen staff.
