Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in a senior culinary role (Executive/Head Chef)
• Formal culinary qualification from a recognised institution
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, global cuisines and trends
• Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems
• Commitment to highest standards of food safety and sanitation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Mentoring and developing culinary talent

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and seasonal menus aligned with the brand
• Oversee all kitchen operations from food prep to service delivery
• Lead and mentor the kitchen team
• Oversee inventory management and ordering
• Enforce hygiene and food safety standards per local regulations
• Control food and labour costs to maintain profitability
• Collaborate with F&B management to create exceptional dining experiences
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training to staff
