Job summary

Staff Unlimited Recruitment is recruiting for a Business Analyst to support the Office of the Group Managing Director in Johannesburg. The role blends executive reporting, performance analysis and governance with hands-on administrative support.

Core duties include consolidating monthly Group reports, analysing branch performance, and driving action follow-through across finance, sales, operations and manufacturing. Strong Excel, data extraction and ERP reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

Three- to five-year post-graduation experience in analytical, commercial, consulting or finance roles.
Business-level English, written and spoken, to executive standard.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Eswatini & Zambia).
Willing to be on a branch floor and in a factory.

Responsibilities

Prepare, consolidate and quality-assure monthly Group reporting and manage the reporting calendar.
Analyze branch, category and representative-level performance and translate findings into actionable insights.
Investigate operational performance and develop quantified recommendations to improve performance.
Maintain visibility of EXCO and Group MD commitments; track actions with owners and deadlines.
Provide analytical support for pricing decisions, campaigns and tenders.
