Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Johannesburg to develop, maintain and improve the organisation’s reporting environment through data modelling, dashboards, and automation. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency and availability to support operational, financial, executive and Board-level decision-making.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance and other teams to build scalable reporting, strengthen data governance and reduce manual processes,

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years BI or data analytics experience.
• Proven Power BI dashboard development experience.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with reporting automation and improving manual reporting processes.
• Retail, fuel or QSR industry experience advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Develop data models, datasets and reporting structures.
• Enhance dashboards by improving standardisation, visualisation, usability and performance.
• Develop reporting solutions that support BI across departments.
• Promote and support self-service reporting throughout the organisation.
• Ensure dashboards and reporting tools provide accurate, relevant information.
