You will be an equal-voting peer on the top leadership team, owning initiatives to elevate culture and optimize human mechanics across the organization.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will engineer talent systems, map skills, onboard leaders, and drive long-term behavioural change

Qualifications

• Registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologist with in-house corporate experience and proven operational ownership.
• Executive-level courage to balance analytical team and hold leadership accountable.
• Low-ego, team-first mindset with a 5+ year horizon.
• Equal seat on the top leadership team with binding voting authority.
• Ownership to engineer human systems and scale established culture over a 5+ year horizon.
• Executive-level compensation with long-term incentives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an equal-voting top leadership member to optimise executive dynamics and decision-making.
• Direct Talent and Performance leads to engineer high-velocity sourcing, onboarding, skill mapping, and discipline systems.
• Operationalise and elevate the company culture across management, driving high-performance behaviours.
