Job summary

FOUR POINT 0 is seeking an experienced Industrial/Organisational Psychologist to join the top leadership team in Gauteng. You will bring extreme operational ownership to elevate our culture, optimise human mechanics, and hold leadership accountable for outcomes.

You will direct Talent and Performance leads to engineer high-velocity sourcing, onboarding, skill mapping, and discipline systems, while operationalising the EM Way across management for sustained high performance over a 5+ year horizon.

Qualifications

• Registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologist with proven in-house corporate experience.
• Executive-level courage and intellect to balance a highly analytical, process-driven team and hold leadership - including the CEO - accountable.
• Low-ego, team-first mindset with a 5+ year horizon to elevate culture rather than impose a pre-packaged playbook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an equal-voting top leadership member to optimise executive dynamics and enhance decision-making rigor.
• Direct the Talent and Performance leads to engineer high-velocity sourcing, onboarding, skill matrix mapping, and discipline systems.
• Operationalise and elevate our established culture code ("The EM Way") across management, eliminating operational friction and driving high-performance behaviours.
