Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide high-level, confidential administrative and operational support to the Regional Director of Development and Operations, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and communication across the region. The PA plays a pivotal role in enabling the Director to focus on strategic priorities by managing schedules, correspondence, travel logistics, and reporting.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a high-level executive assistant or personal assistant role, ideally in the hospitality or development industry.

  • Experience supporting regional leadership in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • High emotional intelligence, tact, and diplomacy.

  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

  • Flexibility to work across time zones and occasional after-hours availability.

Additional Information

Working Conditions:

  • Based at the regional office.

  • May be required to attend regional meetings or conferences from time to time.

  • Able to legally work in South Africa
