Job summary

ATT Group seeks an experienced Events & Operations Coordinator to plan and coordinate diverse events and marketing operations. You will manage budgets, suppliers and on-site readiness while collaborating with Marketing, Sales and support teams to deliver high‑quality event experiences.

The role emphasizes end-to-end event execution, procurement, stock control and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with brand standards and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Events Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant event coordination or marketing operations experience.
• Experience with budgets, quotations, purchase orders and stock records.
• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events from brief to close‑out.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, internal teams and external partners.
• Track event budgets, costs and ROI where data is available.
• Prepare and maintain event records, learning and growth documentation.
