Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or event coordination, preferably in the catering or event industry.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret event layouts and production schedules.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery, setup, and teardown of all event equipment, including furniture, linens, décor, and A/V equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contract specifications.
• Develop detailed logistical plans and timelines for each event, anticipating potential challenges.
• Oversee inventory management of event supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Liaise with the culinary team and event managers to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues that arise during event execution.
