Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef background.
• Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and menu preparation.
• Understanding of health, safety and hygiene regulations in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with calm composure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays for events.
