Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of catering staff during events, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering areas, ensuring presentation and functionality meet event requirements.
• Monitor food and beverage service, ensuring quality, portion control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Train new catering staff on service protocols, hygiene standards, and client expectations.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for events.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any immediate needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
