Placements24 is seeking a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to optimize Mahikeng-based financial systems and support financial operations with ERP solutions and BI reporting. You will work closely with finance and IT to implement, maintain, and enhance financial software, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience, strong ERP and SQL skills, and a solid grounding in accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, IS or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial systems analysis or ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for financial systems and translate into functional specs.
• Configure, implement, and maintain financial software solutions (ERP, accounting software).
• Develop and manage financial reports, dashboards, and analytics using BI tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide tech support to finance users.
• Conduct UAT for system upgrades and new implementations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within financial systems.
• Collaborate with IT on system integration, security, and performance.
• Document system processes, workflows, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
• Provide training and support to finance team members on system functionalities.
