Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on financial systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (UML, BPMN).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in hybrid environments; knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus.

About the Role

This role operates on a hybrid model, offering flexibility with regular requirements to be on-site in **Mahikeng, North West**. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, define system enhancements, and drive the implementation of new financial applications and processes.
