Hire All based in Glenwood, Durban, is seeking a reliable Hire Controller to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage bookings, payments and equipment returns in a busy hire desk environment.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers at reception/hire desk.
• Process bookings, payments, refunds and maintain records.
• Manage equipment returns and shortages and keep systems updated.
• Assist with loading/off-loading equipment when required.
• Maintain neat and professional reception areas and liaise with customers.
