Job summary

Global Medical Safety and Risk Solutions (GMSRS) is seeking a Part-Time / Adhoc Emergency Operations Centre Coordinator to support field personnel, coordinate resources, and manage incidents from notification to resolution. The role offers hybrid work with remote options and suits those with time-critical operations experience.

You will coordinate medical responses, evacuations, and multi-agency resources while maintaining clear client communications and documentation across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency services, operations centres, or incident management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and coordinate emergency calls and incident notifications from project sites and clients.
• Support onsite medical teams during incidents and emergency responses.
• Coordinate ambulance services, aviation resources, rescue teams, hospitals, security services, and other emergency response partners.
• Provide operational support to clients during emergency incidents and operational disruptions.
• Monitor ongoing incidents and ensure appropriate escalation where required.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, operational personnel, and external stakeholders.
• Accurately record incidents, operational activities, and communications within company systems.
• Assist with operational monitoring, resource allocation, and situational awareness during assigned shifts.
• Participate in standby duties and emergency activations when required.
