Whistle is hiring for a high-volume Cold Caller to drive outbound sales across global markets (UK & Europe). The role offers realistic R20k–R30k+ OTE with uncapped commissions and fast career progression from varsity entry.

Based in our Johannesburg office, you’ll use competitive drive, resilience, and energy to build a strong sales pipeline and close high-ticket deals in a tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years post-grad experience in high-ticket sales or client-facing roles.
• Clear, concise verbal communication with native-level English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outbound sales environment.
