Qualifications

• Grade 12 with strong maths or accounting.
• Qualification like ICB or SAIPA or a Diploma in Accounting.
• Prior bookkeeping or accounts clerk experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to reside in or relocate to Randburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately using accounting software.
• Maintain and update ledgers, journals and sub-ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly management accounts preparation.
• Assist with payroll processing as required.
• Support VAT submissions and other tax filings.
• File documents and maintain organised records.
• Assist senior staff with ad-hoc accounting tasks.
