Qualifications

• Grade 12 with good Maths score is required.
• Freight qualification is advantageous to support duties.
• Familiarity with shipshape or similar knowledge is beneficial.
• Knowledge of INCOterms and tariffing is preferred.
• Ability to frame all types of entries (QC DOCUMENTS BEFORE CAPTURING) WH, DP, WE, IR, XDP, XGR, XIR.
• Accurate handling of customs documents and permits.

• Submission of Customs queries
• Accuracy in numbers and figures
• Able to handle and work under pressure
• Organised and able to work to deadlines
• Other general office duties as required by the company
