Boam AI is seeking a Strategy Director (Partnerships & Client Delivery) to own the most strategic enterprise initiatives from pilot to scale. You’ll work directly with the CEO and bridge the gap between customers, Product, Engineering, and ML to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives.
• Clear and concise written and spoken English with executive presence.
• Comfortable solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• Strong analytical capability and sound judgment with prioritization.
• Experience working with product, engineering, data, or technical teams.
• Desire to own initiatives and drive outcomes, not just advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Solve high-stakes enterprise problems from pilot through expansion.
• Own client delivery from pilot → implementation → delivery → expansion.
• Align Product, Engineering, and ML teams around enterprise outcomes.
• Turn customer needs into clear product and technical priorities.
• Build operating models and playbooks that future teams will run.
• Turn successful implementations into scalable, repeatable systems.
• Use customer insight to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity.
• Produce executive-quality analyses, recommendations, and materials.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis, communication, and execution.
