Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking a seasoned B2B sales professional to sell large-scale solar energy and related solutions to developers, engineers, architects, and senior executives. This is an enterprise-level role targeting large projects across sectors such as shopping centres, industrial estates, mines, hospitals, and farms.

You will close multi-million rand deals, structure PPAs and EaaS models, and build long-term relationships with technical buyers and CFOs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior B2B / solution sales in energy or built-environment.
• Proven track record closing multi-million rand deals with long cycles.
• Solid knowledge of solar PV, BESS, NERSA rules & grid-tie frameworks.
• Able to engage engineers, architects & CEOs and translate into CFO business cases.
• Experience structuring PPAs, EaaS, CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Sell large-scale solar energy solutions to developers, engineers and CEOs.
• Build enterprise pipeline and close major projects across sectors.
• Engage with technical buyers and CFOs with clear business cases.
• Travel nationally to client sites and events.
