Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in an IT-related position.
• Qualifications such as A+ and N+ are preferred.
• Strong understanding of security concepts and network basics.
• Ability to work day and night shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Daily system monitoring and health checks for various products (network, security, etc.).
• Triaging alerts and reporting incidents.
• Analyzing real traffic and distinguishing malicious traffic from false positives.
• Correlating data to determine if an event or incident has occurred.
• Applying up-to-date security best practices and hardening measures.
• Understanding DNS for legitimate and malicious purposes.
• Understanding network protocols and traffic flow in an enterprise environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
