Job summary

Clickatell is seeking a Customer Solutions & Success Manager to drive adoption and growth in South Africa. You will lead senior client engagements, co-design enterprise customer journeys, and drive ROI through optimized Chat Commerce deployments.

You will partner with regional sales to capture upsell opportunities, develop scalable CX strategies, and help clients achieve business objectives through proven success metrics and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation or project management.
• Experience interacting with senior client decision makers on strategic projects.
• Track record delivering transformational products in retail/fintech.
• Experience shaping consumer journeys for mobile/conversational channels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional sales to design optimal consumer journeys for enterprise clients.
• Develop and optimize chat user journeys through interactive customer engagements.
• Ensure deployments deliver consumer ROI and ROI through automation.
• Analyze deployments to extract lessons and improve future deals.
• Contribute to company-wide strategies for CX optimization in Chat Commerce.
• Support strategic product development for target markets and use cases.
• Collaborate with virtual teams to deploy and invest with clients for success.
• Build the Clickatell brand through success stories and proven value.
• Operate as a strong team player to achieve goals and objectives.
• Define customer objectives, success metrics, and conduct value reviews.
• Own engagement plans with monthly rhythms and quarterly value reviews.
