Job summary

Reflex Solutions is seeking a Client Success Manager to protect and grow recurring revenue across a portfolio of Enterprise clients. You will drive retention, manage renewals and ensure clients realise measurable business value from our ICT solutions and services.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify risks and opportunities, maintaining account health and driving growth while Account Managers focus on new business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, account management or renewals in B2B tech.
• Experience in a managed services provider environment (advantageous).
• ITIL 4 Foundation (advantageous).
• Tender and bid experience.
• Grade 12 (Matric) and IT/Engineering education required (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention across the portfolio.
• Manage contract renewals and ensure signed renewals.
• Identify growth opportunities and hand to Account Manager.
• Maintain health of accounts and manage risks.
• Drive client satisfaction and value realization.
