Root is seeking a Client Success Manager in Cape Town to nurture enterprise client relationships and drive value from the Root Platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Professional Services and Product to advocate for clients and ensure successful adoption.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in client-facing SaaS roles, strong communication, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable outcomes. Insurance domain knowledge is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in an enterprise client-facing role.
• Experience in a SaaS or software environment.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Lead onboarding and collaborate with support and professional services.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of post-implementation change requests.
• Drive platform adoption and renewals.
• Provide regular client health insights to executives.
