Qualifications

• Professional registration with ECSA as a Pr Eng is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
• Professional registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
• Demonstrated experience in the design of concrete, steel, and masonry structures for various building types.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams effectively.
• Experience working on projects in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal or similar urban environments is preferred.
