Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Structural/Civil Engineering with a structural major was completed.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate structural engineering experience, with leadership exposure.

Requirements

• BEng or BSc in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural major.
• Professional registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with ECSA is essential.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant post-graduate experience in structural engineering, with a substantial portion in a leadership or senior design role.
• Proven experience in designing complex multi-storey buildings and large-span structures.
• Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Revit Structure, STAAD.Pro).
• Thorough understanding of South African National Standards (SANS) and other relevant building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Experience with concrete and steel structures is mandatory.
