Placements24 invites an accomplished Senior Structural Engineering Manager to lead our Nelspruit-based operations. This role oversees the structural design and integrity across commercial, industrial and residential projects in Mpumalanga, combining on-site leadership with remote design tasks.

You will manage a team of engineers, ensure safety and compliance with SA building codes, mentor junior staff, and drive efficiency, quality control and business development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Pr. Eng registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• 12+ years of structural engineering experience, with 5+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software and design principles.
• Solid understanding of South African building codes and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid on-site and remote environment in Nelspruit.

Responsibilities
