Pump and Abrasion Technologies is seeking an experienced Engineering Field Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our field service engineers and technicians. The role requires strong leadership and a technical engineering background to drive high-quality service delivery to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a technical field service role, including at least 2 years in supervision or management, and experience with field service management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical field service role with at least 2 years in supervision/management.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team, priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs for technical staff.
• Familiarity with field service management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Certification or licensure in a relevant engineering field is a bonus.
