You will support workshop operations, learn repair techniques, document work performed, and develop skills through structured training aligned with customer needs. The role emphasizes mechanical repair, safety compliance, and hands-on diagnostics with some travel as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in product repair and maintenance; disassemble/assemble engines or power generators; inspect/replace parts to minimize customer costs.
• Strong mechanical knowledge; follow safe work procedures and diagnose/repair products.
• Translate customer complaints into troubleshooting plans; use equipment/software to isolate issues and document results.
• Valid driver''s licence; active driving experience and ability to travel as required.
• Preference may be given to local candidates in line with project requirements and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with workshop operations to ensure smooth, efficient work.
• Maintain cleanliness, inspect, and disassemble to support safe, organized work areas.
• Learn standard repair times and procedures to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with documentation such as work completed forms and time sheets.
• Support training aligned with skill and business needs to grow capabilities.
• Care for tools and equipment to keep them ready for use.
• Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies to prevent incidents.
• Report issues or incidents to supervisor for continuous improvement.
