The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of energy/solar sales experience, proven abilities in new business development and account management, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a stable, long-term commitment to the team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in energy, solar, renewable energy, or related industry.
• Proven experience in sales and business development and in both new business and existing account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Stable employment history showing commitment and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within energy and solar markets.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into new clients.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet and work towards agreed sales targets and BD objectives.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
