ARCS is looking for an IT Support professional to provide comprehensive desk-side and remote support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage endpoint deployment and lifecycle, and support Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Key responsibilities include administering Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and assisting with VPN, LAN/WAN connectivity.

Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) completed with IT focus or diploma equivalent.
IT Diploma/National Diploma in IT or related field is required.
Certifications such as Microsoft Fundamentals/Associate, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ are preferred.
Microsoft 365 certifications and Azure knowledge are advantageous.

Responsabilités

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
Manage endpoint lifecycle: deployment, maintenance, upgrades, offboarding.
Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps/services.
Administer AD, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
