Job summary

Cyberlogic is seeking a Systems Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft-based end-user systems, including Windows, Office 365, and Azure. You will deliver frontline support, troubleshoot issues, and help safeguard data through endpoint security and proper access controls.

The role covers on-site responsibilities, collaboration with the EUS team, and participation in projects related to Azure, SharePoint, and Exchange Online, with a focus on documentation and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years proven experience as a Systems Administrator in a Microsoft-centric environment.
• 1-3 years infrastructure experience in an IT services company is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; certifications such as AZ-900, MS-900 are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft-based end-user systems (Windows, Office 365, Azure).
• Provide technical end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and manage endpoint security and access controls to protect data.
• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts with proper security protocols.
• Monitor updates and patches to maintain system stability and security.
• Design and execute workstation data backup and recovery strategies.
