Job summary

The role includes responding to guest inquiries, arranging repairs, and prepacking goody bags. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on property management experience and knowledge of Airbnb operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating rental properties or portfolios.
• Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb) and guest communication.
• Ability to manage maintenance, cleaning, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new properties with full inventory and photos for owner records.
• Coordinate routine and urgent maintenance to keep listings in top condition.
• Ensure cleanliness standards and linen management for guest ready status.
• Manage guest check-ins/outs and respond to inquiries via Airbnb/WhatsApp.
• Inspect properties after check-outs and communicate required repairs to maintenance.
