IntelliStaff is seeking a logistics professional in Johannesburg to manage import and export shipments end-to-end from Chartwell, Randburg. The role requires handling bookings, collections and final deliveries, plus preparing shipping and customs documentation for international moves.

You will proactively engage clients, carriers and agents, manage accruals and margins, and ensure accurate file closure. Afrikaans proficiency and a freight or logistics qualification are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Matric / Senior Certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years freight forwarding or international moving operations experience.
• Imports and exports experience essential.
• Experience with FCL, LCL, air freight and road freight.
• End-to-end shipment file ownership and direct client contact.
• CargoWise or similar freight-management system experience.
• Customs entry framing / SARS EDI experience.
• International household moving experience.
• Freight, customs or logistics qualification.
• Afrikaans proficiency required.

• Prepare and check shipping and customs documentation.
• Proactively manage clients, carriers, agents and shipment exceptions.
