You will handle grievances, disciplinary procedures, investigations, and CCMA representations, while guiding line managers on best HR practices and ensuring a fair, compliant workplace in a demanding industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in HRM/Industrial Relations/Law.
• 3–5 years in HR with emphasis on employee relations and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA).
• Experience in disciplinary hearings, investigations and CCMA representation.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee grievances and disputes promptly and fairly.
• Conduct investigations into misconduct and policy violations.
• Prepare documentation and represent the company at disciplinary hearings and CCMA.
• Ensure compliance with SA labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA).
• Develop and update HR policies in line with changes.
• Support line managers on employee relations and HR best practices.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and maintain workplace culture.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring legal compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Contribute to HR strategies around compliance and relations.
