Placements24 is seeking a versatile HR Generalist to support operations in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and ensure adherence to HR policies and South African labour law within an industrial setting.

Collaborating with line management, you will address HR challenges, implement effective solutions, and contribute to a compliant, productive workplace.

Qualifikationen

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years as HR Generalist, preferably in industrial/manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of South African labor law (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
• Experience in employee relations and dispute resolution.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive HR support across all functional areas including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll queries, and performance management.
• Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment for operational and administrative staff from sourcing to selection.
• Facilitate effective onboarding for new employees and integration into company culture.
• Administer HR policies to ensure consistent application across the workforce.
• Assist in development and delivery of HR training programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as required.
• Support HR projects and advise line managers on HR best practices and employment legislation.
