Ideal candidates will be registered with the HPCSA as a BAA, hold a Code 10 license, and bring post-graduate patient care experience. The position emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork in a dynamic EMS environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the HPCSA: Professional Board of Emergency Care Personnel as a BAA.
• Currency with the HPCSA CPG updates.
• A valid PDRP for passengers.
• A valid Code 10 driver''s license.

Responsabilités

• To enhance operational efficiencies, client liaison and retention, service delivery and quality.
• Respond to all emergency calls within one minute and all non-emergency calls within three minutes.
• Be an ambassador to the company by always displaying compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.
• Hand all patients over to hospital staff as per protocol.
• Be courteous and professional when interacting with patients.
• Ensure the scene of an incident is safe and follow safety regulations.
