Placements24 is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Centurion-based team in Gauteng. You will develop, execute, and analyze targeted email campaigns to engage customers and nurture leads, collaborating closely with marketing and sales to ensure brand-aligned communications.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in email marketing, proficiency with Mailchimp/SendGrid/HubSpot, strong copywriting, segmentation, and A/B testing skills, and a data-driven mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of email marketing or digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency with email platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong deliverability, segmentation, and best practices knowledge.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working from Centurion office.
