Aufgaben

• Assist with any reasonable requests by a manager.
• Fill duties and responsibilities of a waiter.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pass areas.
• Check mis en place and ensure readiness for service.
• Polish all plates and copper ware for service.
• Carry a tray with food safely.
• Know the menu and Estate details.
• Know all table numbers.
• Assist chefs in the kitchen if needed.
• Sort and store empty wine bottles.
• Polish cutlery after pass duties are completed.
• Assist waiters in the restaurant.
• Place orders for condiments with the chefs.
