Job summary

Craven Cottage CC in Stellenbosch seeks a polished Pass Runner to support managers, assist chefs, and ensure the pass area remains clean and compliant with hygiene standards while delivering exceptional service to our distinguished guests. Responsibilities

• Assist with any reasonable requests by a manager.
• Be able to fill duties and responsibilities of a waiter.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the pass areas.
• Check and ensure all mis en place are ready for service.
• Polish all plates and copper ware for service.
• Should be able to carry a tray with food safely.
• Knowledgeable about the menu & Estate.
• Should be able to know all table numbers.
• Assist any of the chefs in the kitchen if need be.
• Responsible for sorting all empty wine bottles and organising the area where empty wine bottles are stored.
• Polish cutlery when all pass duties are completed.
• Assist the waiters in the restaurant.
• Place orders for any condiments with the chefs.
