DataTech Recruitment is seeking a Luxury Travel Sales Manager in Cape Town to lead a team of Travel Consultants and drive top-line revenue through strategic sales planning and coaching.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong client focus, and collaboration with internal stakeholders while maintaining high service standards. Salary is R60,000 basic monthly plus incentives, with offices in central Cape Town.

Qualificações

• Matric/NSC and proven sales management experience in travel.
• Based in Cape Town with track record of revenue targets.
• Strong coaching and client engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Travel Consultants to achieve sales targets.
• Drive revenue growth through sales planning, performance management and improvement.
• Monitor pipelines, conversion rates and KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Coach consultants to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain exceptional client service throughout sales and booking processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.
• Handle escalated client matters professionally.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and client experience.
• Prepare sales performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Build a culture of accountability and collaboration.
