This role focuses on delivering sophisticated and delicious food for corporate events, meetings, and functions, while upholding the highest standards of quality, taste, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a solid professional cooking foundation, a creative flair for menu development, and strong leadership to supervise kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume catering.
• Knowledge of ServSafe or equivalent regulations.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team.
• Menu development and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Physically fit for long shifts and standing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and cook high-quality dishes for corporate catering events.
• Develop creative seasonal menu options for corporate clients.
• Manage kitchen operations, inventory and supplier orders.
• Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate with the catering team for event service.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff.
• Control food costs and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and dishes.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and apply them where appropriate.
