Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive culinary experience with 3+ years in Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef roles, preferably in corporate catering.
• Proven expertise across diverse cuisines and advanced techniques.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Experience developing menus, managing budgets, and controlling food costs in Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary aspects of corporate catering operations in Centurion.
• Develop creative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus for corporate events.
• Lead, train, and manage chefs and kitchen staff to foster excellence.
• Ensure consistent high quality in food preparation, presentation, and taste.
