You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, develop customized proposals, and coordinate menus, staffing and on-site management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning or related hospitality role.
• Proven experience managing a variety of events, from weddings to corporate functions.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative flair and a keen eye for detail in event design and execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of banqueting and special events.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Develop creative and customized event proposals, including menus and themes.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to design and execute exceptional catering menus.
• Oversee venue setup, décor, and ambiance to match event themes and client specifications.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Supervise on-site event staff, ensuring professional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other service providers.
