Placements24 is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to manage electrical projects from initiation to completion in Paarl, Western Cape. You will coordinate teams, manage resources, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of project leadership, and strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects.
Solid understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and control technologies.
Experience with project management software and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile).
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize electrical engineering projects according to deadlines and budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
Manage resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain and update project documentation throughout the lifecycle in Paarl.
