Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 6+ years of experience in project engineering or management in the electrical sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects including budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems (power generation, distribution, control).
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor electrical projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors for timely delivery.
• Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
