Qualifications

• B.Eng or B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in project engineering with substantial electrical PM experience.
• Experience managing multi-million Rand electrical projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of electrical engineering projects, from initial planning and design to execution and final handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for electrical components.
• Oversee the design and engineering of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and quality control.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for electrical project challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project engineers and technical staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
