Placements24 is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead major electrical projects in Klerksdorp from inception to commissioning, driving strategy, coordinating engineering efforts, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, expertise in MS Project or Primavera, and strong leadership and vendor-management skills to deliver complex infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of proven experience in managing complex electrical projects.
• Experience delivering projects within scope, budget and schedule constraints.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of electrical projects from feasibility to commissioning.
• Develop project plans with scope, resources, schedules and budgets.
• Ensure design adheres to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Manage client, contractor and supplier relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
• Provide progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
