Placements24 is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in Vereeniging. This role oversees planning, execution, and quality control of electrical maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency.

You will manage technicians, delegate tasks, and ensure safety standards and company policies are followed. Strong electrical expertise and leadership are required to contribute to Gauteng's industrial landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and troubleshooting is desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of electrical maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all electrical systems and equipment.
• Oversee the diagnosis and repair of complex electrical faults and breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and regulations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for electrical maintenance needs.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training to team members.
