Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with a trade test certificate.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and power distribution.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of a team of electrical maintenance technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventative and corrective maintenance for electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all activities meet safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and assist in procurement for electrical components.
